Plus and Business subscribers can choose greetings from independent artists. Artists set their own price — typically $1–$5 per send. Payment goes directly to the artist; we take a 15% platform fee. Some artists offer designs for free.

What's included in the free plan?
Three occasions, our in-house illustration library, and the full automation experience — scheduling, preview, and delivery. No credit card required.
Is Plus really unlimited?
Plus supports up to 50 sends per month — more than enough for any personal use. Need more? Business has no send cap.
How does artist art pricing work?
Artists set their own price per send (typically $1–$5). When you choose an artist greeting, you're charged that amount at send time. Payment goes directly to the artist via Stripe. Some artists offer their designs for free.
What's the difference between basic and artist illustrations?
Basic illustrations are made in-house and included in every plan. Artist marketplace greetings are made by independent illustrators who set their own prices — they tend to be more unique and personal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any moment. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What does "sends under your company name" mean?
On the Business plan, recipients see your company name instead of "pippy post" as the sender attribution. Great for client relationships.
Can I add more than 3 team seats on Business?
Not yet — get in touch at hello@greet.me and we'll work something out.
Do recipients have to opt in?
The first time someone receives a greeting through pippy post, they get a standard message with a STOP option. Anyone who opts out is automatically removed and never contacted again.
